| Easy to fit, difficult to open with one hand but easier if u don t put lever completely down, is keeping 12 week old puppy from soiling carpets. |

| This stairgate is ideal for when our grandaughter comes to stay. It fits well across the top of the stairs and adults can open it quite easily - a bit tricky to do one-handed however, so if you're holding baby or anything else it needs to be open already. It arrived quickly but the packaging was a bit inadequate and the cardboard had ripped in transit causing the paint to be scratched ( I would have returned it if it had been intended as a present) |

| Does what it says on the box.Its easy I'm using mine for our dogs I've got three gates around the house and It does stop them.Also if you need to go out you just open it up,saves all the hassel of taking it down. |

| Did a lot of research on which stair gate to get for our 8 month old daughter who is crawling everywhere now and very pleased we got this one. I wanted an easy to use one-handed handle to open and close the gate as usually have our baby on my hip and found this does the job perfectly. Straight forward stair gate with no bells or whistles! Also didn't like the sound of the automatic closing ones in case of trapping little fingers. Would highly recommend. |

| This gate works (it keeps the dog downstairs!) but you do need both hands to undo it - we found that you can leave it half closed (so only one hand is needed) because the dog can't reach the top rail- not sure that a toddler would be unable to reach - fine for a baby. It needs strength or two pairs of pliers to install. But otherwise its fine. |
